SIZE CHANGES - RETURNS - REFUNDS

Size changes, Returns and Refunds

If you want to change the size, purchase a shipment costing 5.90 using the "Shipping for size exchange or return" link that you find at the top of the site, we will collect the purchased shirts and ship the new shirts for the first size change. If, on the other hand, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it using the same method and you will be reimbursed for the cost of the shirts purchased. It is possible to change size but not model.

For an exchange of size or to return it, returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt, specifying the reason for the exchange or return and the new size in an email to info@camiciecoraggiose.com and returned in their original packaging.

Shirts must be returned in their original condition to be accepted, must have never been used, washed, damaged and must be in resalable condition. No exchange or refund will be made for shirts returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
We will refund delivery charges where the items are incorrect or faulty, but not for reasons beyond our control.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your size exchange to be processed.

Due to the craftsmanship of the prints and packaging, any small imperfections and color differences are an integral part of the final result of each shirt.

REFUNDS

Camicecoraggiose after receiving the return and verifying that all the aforementioned terms and conditions have been met, it will send the Customer an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return and proceed with the refund.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed.

International returns
