Terms of service

The General Sales Conditions, set out below, regulate the sale of products on the website www.camiciecoraggiose.com. The products are marketed by Braveshirts srl through www.camiciecoraggiose.com in Italy, in the EU countries and in the rest of the world.

The sale is aimed at final consumers (hereinafter"Customers"), that is to any natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out.

1. COMPULSORY GENERAL INFORMATION

Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles. 7 and 12 of the Legislative Decree. n. 70 of 9.4.2003, the following information is communicated to the Customers:the provider of the Services covered by the General Conditions is Braveshirts srl, registered in the Register of Companies, with headquarters in VIA GODI, N. 15 - 28024 GOZZANO (NO) VAT no.:02617930033

2. PURCHASE METHOD

2.1 To conclude the purchase contract for one or more products on the camiciecoraggiose.com website, the customer undertakes to fill in the order form in electronic format and to send it to Camiciecoraggiose, following the instructions provided in the order summary screen. By sending the order form, the Customer declares to accept these General Conditions of Sale.

2.2 The purchase contract between the Customer and Camiciecoraggiose will be concluded only when the Customer's order is accepted by Camiciecoraggiose.

2.3 All orders, in fact, are subject to acceptance by Camiciecoraggiose, which reserves, at its sole discretion, the right not to process orders that are incomplete or incorrect, in the event of unavailability of the requested products, or in the event that the Customer cannot be qualified as a consumer or does not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency.

2.4 In the cases indicated above, Camiciecoraggiose will promptly inform the Customer, by e-mail, that the contract has not been concluded, indicating the relative reasons. In this case, Camiciecoraggiose will reimburse the Customer for any sums already paid.

2.5 If the Customer intends to receive the invoice, he must fill in the"Company Name/Tax Code/VAT Number"fields in the"Invoicing"section. Camiciecoraggiose will issue it and send it - via e-mail - to the order holder.

3. PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

3.1 All the prices indicated on camiciecoraggiose.com are expressed in Euros (€) and are to be considered inclusive of VAT.

3.2 Camiciecoraggiose reserves the right to change the prices shown on the Site at any time and, in no case, can it be held responsible for such changes.

3.3 To pay for the products and any shipping costs, you can use one of the methods indicated in the order form:Paypal account or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro circuit) also managed by the secure servers of Paypal, cash on delivery. Camiciecoraggiose, in fact, is not aware of the data relating to the Customer's credit card. Only the payment service provider will have access to this data. If the provider refuses the payment, the order will be automatically canceled.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the right to withdraw within 7 days from the day of receipt of the purchased goods.

The right of withdrawal is exercised with the communication, within the prescribed period, of the following data:name of the applicant, code and description of the shirt, details for making the refund. The communication must be sent by e-mail to info@camiciecoraggiose.com

In case of withdrawal, the Customer is required to return the goods by shipping them within seven (7) working days from the date of receipt.

Returns

• Returns must be sent back within 7 days of purchase, specifying the reason in an email to info@camiciecoraggiose.com and sent back in their original packaging. Shirts must be returned in their original condition to be accepted as a return. Shirts must never have been worn, used, washed, damaged and must be in resale condition. Returned shirts must be accompanied by all packaging, all related accessories. No refunds will be made for shirts returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.

We will refund the shipping costs in case the items are wrong, but not for an afterthought.

REFUNDS

Camiciecoraggiose after receiving the return and verifying that all the aforementioned terms and conditions have been respected, will send the Customer an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return and will reimburse the cost of the products in the shortest possible time, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which it became aware of the Customer's exercise of the right of withdrawal.

6. PRODUCT CONFORMITY GUARANTEE

6.1 The characteristics of each Product are shown on the Site within each product sheet.

6.2 The images and colors of the products on sale may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

6.3 Pursuant to articles 128 - 135 of the Consumer Code, each product with manufacturing defects enjoys the same conditions provided for by the legislation on the right of withdrawal, and the Customer can return them by activating the return procedure indicated in chapter 4.

7. METHOD OF SHIPPING  

Deliveries and returns are managed by various couriers who deliver on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00.

Once the shipment has been activated, an informative email will be sent with the shipping data and the tracking number to follow the order status.

With regard to costs, times and delivery methods, please refer to the appropriate"Shipping"section of the Site.

8. LIABILITY

8.1 Camiciecoraggiose is not responsible in case of damage, of any kind, deriving from the improper use of the product, as well as in case of damages deriving from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.

8.2 Camiciecoraggiose is not responsible in the event of loss of revenues, profits, data or for any other indirect damage of any nature deriving from or in any case connected to contracts subject to the General Conditions.

8.3 The responsibility of Camiciecoraggiose, in any case, is not to exceed the total value of the purchase order.

9. SUSPENSION OF THE SERVICE

9.1 Camiciecoraggiose reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without any prior communication, the provision of the Services for the time strictly necessary for the technical interventions necessary and/or appropriate to improve the quality of the same Services.

9.2 Camiciecoraggiose may, at any time, interrupt the provision of the Service if there are justified reasons of security or breaches of confidentiality, in this case notifying the user.

10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

With regard to all the obligations relating to the collection, processing, of the Customer's personal data and the related purposes, please refer to the specific information contained on the Site.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code) with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and the legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects governing electronic commerce.

UPDATES

These General Conditions of Sale may be modified from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on Camiciecoraggiose.com
