How the new collection is born
This collection started with plants.
From their shapes, their colors, the details that we might see all the time but that, when we look at them more closely, are already beautiful designs.
From this, Ginkgo, Orchid, and Oriental Ramage were born: three prints that are very different from each other, but with the same starting point. Nature, reinterpreted in our own way.
Three different ways of looking at nature
For Ginkgo, we started with its leaf, with that very distinctive and recognizable shape. We transformed it into a more graphic design, playing with the repetition of shapes and color.
Orchidea, on the other hand, is fuller, more floral. Here, the starting point is the flower, but seen from very close up, almost magnified, until the petals and colors turn into a print.
Oriental Ramage is the richest of the three: branches, leaves, and flowers intertwine to create a design that almost seems to continue across the shirt. Two versions were created, one in shades of purple and a warmer one in shades of ochre and mustard.
Before becoming a shirt
Before ending up on a shirt, every print goes through a lot of testing.
We change colors, sizes, and proportions, making attempts and going back until the design on the fabric truly convinces us.
And it is always strange to see something that was just a drawing for so long finally become a real shirt.
This collection was born like this: from three plants, three drawings, and the desire to keep finding new ways to bring color even into autumn.
