Delivery times and costs

We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, although the time may be slightly extended during holidays. If your order was placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will begin processing your order on the next business day.

After the order is processed internally by our team the shipping times, costs and spending threshold to obtain free shipping vary according to the destination country as follows:

Returns

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can notify us via email at info@camiciecoraggiose.com within 30 days of the purchase date to obtain an exchange or refund.

Return shipping will be borne by Camiciecoraggiose in the event of a defective or incorrect product , while for all other returns the shipping costs and any additional charges will be borne by the buyer. Purchases must be returned by post or courier in the original packaging, must never have been used, washed, damaged and must be in a resalable condition. No exchanges or refunds will be made for shirts returned incomplete, damaged or dirty.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly on camiciecoraggiose.com. For further questions or special requests do not hesitate to contact our customer service team by sending an email to info@camiciecoraggiose.com.

The return of the goods following the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made to the following address: Braveshirts srl, via Madre Cabrini 7, 20122, Milan.

Responsibility for the items falls on the customer until they arrive in the warehouse.

How to return

If it is a damaged or incorrect product

Register or log in to your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order to be returned and click on the button to request the return, indicating, in the appropriate section, the reason and the items to be returned . You will soon be contacted by our customer service team to authorize the return and assist you in the best return method or, for returns from Italy, to book the courier's home collection. Standard shipping will be borne by Camiciecoraggiose, while any duties and charges due from sending the exchanged goods will be borne by the buyer and will be communicated and managed by our customer service team.

Once the return has been authorized by our team, we will send you the shipping label which you will have to fill in, stick on the package and, after which, proceed with the shipment to Braveshirts srl at the following address: Braveshirts srl, via Madre Cabrini 7, 20122, Milan .

For all other types of returns and size exchanges

Once the return has been authorized by our team you can proceed with shipping the goods with the courier of your choice. Alternatively , for returns from Italy only, you can book home collection via our customer care team: in this case the shipping amount will be deducted from the refund. Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

Camiciecoraggiose will check the quality of the returned product and issue a refund only if it meets the conditions of the return regulations. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly on camiciecoraggiose.com. You will receive a refund with the same payment method used for the original purchase as soon as possible.

Please note that refund times may vary between different payment providers.

The refund will be free and will always include the amount of the product or items you are returning.
